This is the rating guide I use to rate the novels

	Excellent Novel - A MUST read - The best of the best!
	Great novel - Highly recommended!
	Pretty Good novel - Definitely worth reading.
	Alright, but nothing special. Just ok.
	Only if you're desperate for something to read.

FYI: Some people may think that my reviews are somewhat simplistic, in that I don't go into great detail about character development or dissect the plot much. The reason I do it this way is that I've looked at several book review sites (Trek and non-Trek) and some of the reviews go on and on and I lose interest in the book even before I've finished reading the review!

My goal in creating this area of the site was to provide readers with a quick rundown of the basic plot of each novel, show what the cover of the book looks like, include a few pieces of information about the book and provide a short summation of whether I liked it or not and maybe a few reasons why.

Some reviews are longer than others, it just depends on whether I had a lot to say about that particular story or not. Usually, the more I enjoyed a story, the longer the review - although sometimes it's the reverse!
